The Long Wait Begins...

When I first started the China Adoption Process, the wait time from DTC (Dossier to China), until you received your referral picture and medical information of your daughter, was 6 - 7 months. Then, the wait pushed out to 10 months. Then, 12 months. There is now talk of the wait time to referral pushing out to 18 months or longer. :-(
